We source all our materials as ethically as possible - our kid leather comes from animals bred for food, the handmade paper is recycled and we use the highest quality gold leaf, silk ribbons and canvases.
SHIPPING
Shipping is free for all orders. All items are shipped from Canterbury, England via Priority Mail. Turnaround time for in stock items for UK orders is approximately 1 week. Approximately 2-3 weeks for International orders.
PAYMENT
We accept major debit & credit cards using PayPal’s Shopping Cart, a free and secure method of payment. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.
FULFILLMENT
We try very hard to keep all items in stock, but can’t guarantee that certain designs will not sell out or become discontinued. If the item(s) you order is not available or on backorder, we will contact you via email.
EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Stardust & Souls purchase: that said, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we would be happy to exchange your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date.
COLOURS
We have done everything we can to display our designs accurately on this website. However, all monitors are different and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of our designs will portray the exact colour.

We are sensitive to the privacy of our customers. Any information collected is for the sole purpose of order processing and will not be sold, exchanged, or otherwise disclosed to anyone unless required by law.
